REUSE

TransMet^® packaging materials use transfer technology to replace conventional lamination technology which used to produce film laminations and foil laminations.

The metallic and other shinning and unique effects will be transferred from plastic film to base paper at the end of TransMet^® packaging materials’ production, the plastic film will be peeled off and re-collected for reusing in TransMet^® production.

As we can see, plastic film only used as carrier during TransMet^® production. The most important of all is the plastic film can be reused at least 3 times in our plant.

After that, the plastic film could be recycled to produce plastic again.

Hence, transfer technology lower the usage of plastic, which mainly produced from fossil fuels by at least 66.7%.
